How to take care of your Canvas.
You will want to treat your gallery wrap just like any other piece of art. When choosing a spot for your canvas, we recommend placing the canvas where it will not be subject to direct sunlight for extended periods of time. Over exposure to sunlight can cause discoloration and damage of your print.
It is also best to avoid extreme temperatures and humidity. This can cause the canvas to become loose and sag on the stretcher bars. If this occurs just lean your canvas against a soft surface, and mist the open back of your print with warm water. As the canvas dries it will tighten back up.
If you would need to clean your canvas just use a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth and gently wipe away dirt and dust. Do not use any type of cleaning products or other chemical solutions.
How to take care of your metal print.
Metal Prints use a high heat sublimation process to infuse your image in to the aluminum's thin polyester layer. Because the inks have made a permanent bond with the polyester surface, you can safely clean it with any handheld duster or clean, soft cloth. For difficult fingerprints or skin oil smudges, use a damp rag soaked with a mild, streak-free soap and dry with a soft cloth. We recommend not placing your metal print in a place where it is in direct sunlight for extended periods of time.

How to take care of your USB drive and folio for the drive.
Our first recommendation when you receive your USB drive is to purchase a duplicate drive at any electronics store and create a backup copy of your files on this as well as your computer's hard drive. Having a duplicate drive will prove very useful in transporting your files to share with others without having to worry about damaging your original. Always store your USB drive with its protective cap on and in its folio. It is not recommended to store your drive in a hot place or direct sunlight; cooler temperatures and dark storage are ideal.
